Special Issues

Participants at the conference are invited to submit a paper to the special issues of ECQT2016 that will appear in the journals:

• Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications (QUESTA)                                                                                           Guest Editors: Rhonda Righter and Maaike Verloop

• Performance Evaluation (PEVA)                                                                                                                                Guest Editors: Urtzi Ayesta and Balakrishna Prabhu        
  

Submissions should be based on unpublished work presented at the conference. All submitted papers will be refereed according to the high standards of the journals.

The choice of the journal to which to submit is up to the authors.

The deadline for submissions to the special issues is September 30, 2016.

Instructions for submissions to the QUESTA special issue:

• Prepare your manuscript using the same manuscript preparation guidelines as the ones for regular QUESTA submissions
• Log on to the QUESTA submission site
• When you click on "Submit New Manuscript", a pull-down menu "Choose Article Type" will appear
• Choose SI : ECQT-2016 in this menu and then continue the submission process

• Prepare your manuscript using the same manuscript preparation guidelines as the ones for regular PEVA submissions.
• Log on to the PEVA submission site
• When you click on "Start New Submission", a pull-down menu "Select Issue Type" will appear.
• Choose SI : ECQT-2016 in this menu and then continue the submission process
